Description
Oakwood Cemetery is located at 600 North Oakland Avenue in the Sharon–Hermitage area of Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
The Oakwood Cemetery Association was chartered on April 11, 1866.
Its 32-acre grounds were purchased in 1867, and burials from earlier Sharon cemeteries were relocated there in 1876 after interments within the borough were prohibited.
