Mountain View Cemetery is a municipal cemetery at 2120 South 2nd Avenue in Walla Walla, Washington. With nearly 80 acres and more than 40,000 burials, it is one of Washington’s oldest municipal cemeteries, with burials dating to the 1850s. The grounds incorporate former Masonic, International Order of Odd Fellows, Catholic, and city cemeteries, and include veteran sections, historic monuments, and more than 1,000 trees, many over a century old. The cemetery is operated by the City of Walla Walla and its grounds are open from dawn to dusk daily.
