Judea Cemetery is located on Judea Cemetery Road in Washington, Connecticut, near Washington Depot in Litchfield County.

The town describes it as one of Washington’s oldest cemeteries and identifies it as town-owned.

Its origins date to June 8, 1762, when the Reverend Daniel Brinsmade conveyed a one-acre burial ground to the inhabitants of Judea in Woodbury.

The cemetery remains a Town of Washington responsibility, with supplemental maintenance support from the Daughters of the American Revolution’s Judea Chapter.
