Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery – Randolph County – United States

Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery is located at the corner of Hopewell Church Road (SR-1558) and Morris Road (SR-1557) near Trinity in Randolph County, North Carolina. Its reported coordinates are approximately 35.8543°N, 79.9983°W. The cemetery is associated with Hopewell United Methodist Church and is included in Randolph County cemetery surveys and local cemetery inventories. A partial burial survey identifies graves for Isaac N. Branson and Thomas A. Branson, as well as John Elder and Paulina Elliott Elder, whose dates place them among the cemetery’s older documented interments. The survey was compiled from obituary information and photographs in December 2009, so it should not be treated as a complete inventory. Families seeking burial confirmation or genealogical details should consult the church or compare multiple cemetery-record sources.
