Grangegorman Military Cemetery - Dublin 7 - Ireland

Grangegorman Military Cemetery, located near Phoenix Park, is the largest military cemetery in Ireland. Opened in 1876, it serves as a resting place for British Empire service personnel and their families. The cemetery includes war graves from both World Wars and those of British soldiers who died during the 1916 Rising. A limestone memorial honors those whose graves are no longer maintained. The serene atmosphere is enhanced by mature trees and well-kept lawns.
