Fort Stanton State Veterans Cemetery – Lincoln County – United States

Fort Stanton State Veterans Cemetery is located at 1398 State Highway 220 near Fort Stanton in Lincoln County, New Mexico. It officially opened on November 6, 2017, following a $5.7 million grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The cemetery is operated by the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services as a state-managed, VA grant-funded veterans cemetery.
