Description
Evergreen Cemetery is located at 391 Irwin Avenue in Muskegon, Muskegon County, Michigan.
Founded in 1864, it is the city’s oldest public burial ground and is owned and maintained by the City of Muskegon’s Department of Public Works.
The cemetery occupies a ten-acre site purchased by the village in 1862 and is bounded by Grand, Wood, Pine, and Irwin streets.
