Acacia Memorial Park – Modesto – Stanislaus County – United States

Acacia Memorial Park is a cemetery at 801 Scenic Drive in Modesto, Stanislaus County, California. Established in 1872 by Stanislaus Lodge No. 206 of the Freemasons, it was originally known as Masonic Cemetery; some of its oldest graves were relocated from the early Westport area. The cemetery was incorporated as a nonprofit in 1917 and renamed Acacia Memorial Park in 1964. Covering nearly 13 acres, it provides burial plots, mausoleum interment, cremation niches and plots, and veteran memorial spaces. The City of Modesto designated it a local historic landmark in 1996.
