Fernwood Cemetery is a public cemetery at 920 Madison Street in Henderson, Henderson County, Kentucky.

Established in 1849, it is maintained by the City of Henderson’s Parks, Recreation and Cemetery Department.

The cemetery contains the graves of Kentucky governors Lazarus W.

Brown, along with other notable Kentuckians.

More than 250 veterans of World War I, World War II, and the Spanish-American War are buried there.
