Forest Cemetery is located at 634 North 9th Street in Oskaloosa, Mahaska County, Iowa.
The cemetery association was established in 1860, when 20 acres northeast of the city were purchased and laid out for burial.
It is a nonprofit, lot-owner cemetery that has expanded to 80 acres, including 60 acres developed for cemetery use.
