Description
Lawrence Cemetery, also known as the Lawrence Family Graveyard, is a private cemetery at the southeast corner of 20th Road and 35th Street in Astoria, Queens.
Established in 1703, it contains the graves of members of the prominent Lawrence family.
The half-acre site has 89 graves and is enclosed by masonry walls and an iron fence.
It was designated a New York City Landmark on April 19, 1966.
