Historic Oakwood Cemetery is a private nonprofit cemetery at 701 Oakwood Avenue in Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina.

Chartered in 1869 and established by the Raleigh Cemetery Association, it occupies a landscaped 72-acre site near the State Capitol.

The cemetery includes a Confederate burial ground founded in 1867 by the Ladies Memorial Association of Wake County.
