Morrison-Streeter Lot Cemetery – North Smithfield – USA

Morrison-Streeter Lot Cemetery is a small historic family burial ground off Old Smithfield Road in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, identified as North Smithfield Historical Cemetery #10. The cemetery contains 14 documented interments, with burials dating from 1821 to 1903; 13 individuals have engraved headstones. Most of those buried there were connected to the Streeter family, including Lydia Streeter Morrison, her husband David Morrison, and several of their children and relatives, while four infants from the Freeman family are also interred there. The approximately 40-by-40-foot lot is enclosed by a stone wall on three sides and a wooden fence, and is located in wooded land behind 956 Old Smithfield Road.
