Mission Dolores Cemetery is located beside the Old Mission at 320 Dolores Street in San Francisco, California. Established with Mission San Francisco de Asís in 1776, it is a Catholic cemetery whose first recorded burial dates to 1777. The grounds contain the remains of about 5,000 Ohlone, Miwok, and other Indigenous people, along with notable figures including Mexican governor Luis Antonio Argüello and Presidio commandant José Joaquín Moraga. The cemetery forms part of the National Register-listed Mission Dolores historic site and remains open to visitors with the adjacent mission and gardens.
